MicruX is aware about the current situation of COVID-19 in Spain. Currently, the Government has decreed the ALARM STATE throughout the Spanish territory. MicruX is following closely the main indications and measures recommended by the Health Agencies and the Government. The health and safety of all members of staff, families, customers and suppliers are our primary concern.

In this sense, MicruX is going to maintain its main activities, however, some of our manufacturing facilities will remain closed until this unpleasant situation is solved. All our supply chain (raw materials providers, logistics, etc…) is being affected for this undesired situation.

MicruX will be attending as exhibitor to the 70th Annual Meeting of the International Society of Electrochemistry (ISE 2019) to be held in Durban, South Africa from 4 to 9 August 2019 [+].

The meeting will be hosted at the Durban International Convention Centre (Durban ICC). The theme of the conference, “Electrochemistry: Linking Resources to Sustainable Development”, speaks to the 17 goals of the new UN sustainable development goals (SDG 2030) and the first of the seven African Aspirations of Agenda 2063 of African Union (AU) which is “A Prosperous Africa, based on inclusive growth and sustainable development”.

In its 70 years’ history, this is the first time ISE Annual Meeting will be held in Africa. The conference is part of the efforts by the ISE to reach out to all the countries of the world, especially the resource-limited ones where the education in the subject (Electrochemistry) is still being developed.
