MicruX ships worldwide the products purchased through its online shop www.micruxfluidic.com.

Shipping Costs

Shipping and/or handling costs are not included in the price and will be shown before the end of the purchase, depending on the shipping address of each order and the volume/weight of the package. The shipping costs do not include the import taxes, which must be paid at destination by the recipient of the goods.

Orders

To place an order, you must visit www.micruxfluidic.com and register as a user by completing the electronic form available on the online store’s website and following the instructions provided. Once registered, you can purchase products by adding the desired items to your cart, completing the provided order form, and validating the order.

Prices and offers displayed on the website are valid exclusively for online orders placed through www.micruxfluidic.com. All prices published on our website are Ex Works (EXW).

Order validation by the customer expressly implies acknowledgment and acceptance of these general terms and conditions. Unless proven otherwise, the data recorded by MICRUX FLUIDIC, S.L. constitutes proof of all transactions made between MICRUX FLUIDIC, S.L., and its customers.

After the purchase is completed, and within a maximum of 24 hours, MICRUX FLUIDIC, S.L.’s Customer Service will email you a purchase confirmation. If you disagree with the details provided in this confirmation, you may request modifications or order cancellation.

Product Availability

The selection of products offered at www.micruxfluidic.com, is valid as long as the products are visible on the website. Due to the nature of e-commerce, stock levels change constantly. Therefore, it is possible that stock may run out during the purchasing process, affecting delivery times.

Shipping Methods and Timeframes

Products are shipped to the delivery address provided in the order. For orders containing multiple items with different availabilities, the shipping time will consider the longest estimated delivery time. In exceptional cases, MICRUX FLUIDIC, S.L. reserves the right to split the order, shipping available items first and the remaining items later at no additional cost.

Products in stock are shipped within 1–2 business days and are delivered to the customer within 2–5 business days. For out-of-stock products, the delivery time is 4–5 weeks (not applicable to custom products or services)

Products are shipped worldwide through a courier service (DHL, TNT, FEDEX, etc.) selected by MICRUX FLUIDIC, S.L. to optimize shipping costs.

If the customer detects any issues upon delivery (damaged packaging, missing or damaged products), they must note it in writing on the delivery receipt provided by the carrier and contact us at +34 984 151 019 within 15 days of receiving the order. Damaged items or claims for missing items will not be accepted if not reported within the specified timeframe.

Payment

MICRUX FLUIDIC, S.L. offers various payment methods to accommodate customers’ preferences:

• Credit card. Accepted cards include VISA and MASTERCARD. Payments made by card will be charged at the end of the purchase process via our POS terminal. If the POS terminal reports a card denial, the order will be automatically canceled, and the customer will be notified online of the cancellation.
• PayPal. For payments via PayPal, you will be redirected to the PayPal platform at the end of the purchase process to complete the payment.
• Wire transfer. After completing the purchase, you will receive an email with the bank account details for the transfer. You have seven business days to complete the transfer. The order will not be considered valid until the payment is confirmed, and delivery times will begin from this date. Upon prior approval from MICRUX FLUIDIC, S.L., payments by transfer may be made NET 30 days after receipt of the products. All bank fees related to the payment must be borne by the buyer. Ensure you process your payment with your bank so that the total invoice amount is received in our account.

MICRUX FLUIDIC, S.L. reserves the right to decline any credit card transaction. In such cases, the funds will be refunded to the original card. If the customer wishes to proceed with the purchase, a bank transfer will be requested.
