Returns and refunds policy

Thanks for shopping at MicruX. We strive to ensure all our products are of the highest quality, but we understand you may not be completely satisfied with your purchase. If that’s the case, we’re here to help.

Returns

You can return products within 14 calendar days from the date you received them.

The following circumstances may result in a return:

a) If the product does not meet your expectations: You may return it via courier to MICRUX FLUIDIC, S.L. We will refund the product amount but not the return shipping costs.

b) If you wish to exchange the product for another item: Return shipping costs will not be covered by MICRUX FLUIDIC, S.L.

c) Defective product: In addition to warranty rights, MICRUX FLUIDIC, S.L. allows you to request a replacement for a defective product within 14 calendar days of receipt. Once MICRUX FLUIDIC, S.L. receives the defective product, we will send you a replacement. The exchange will always be for the same item or reference, and MICRUX FLUIDIC, S.L. will cover the shipping costs for both the return and the new shipment.

d) Incorrect product sent: If the product delivered does not match your order, MICRUX FLUIDIC, S.L. will cover the shipping costs for both returning the incorrect product and delivering the correct one.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. Items must be sealed, and the packaging should be in perfect condition, retaining all original accessories and instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of its successful return. We will also inform you of the status of your refund after reviewing the item.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your credit card or original payment method. You will receive the refund within a maximum of 15 days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping Costs

You are responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Online Dispute Resolution Platform

We adhere to the online dispute resolution for consumer matters in compliance with Article 14.1 of Regulation (EU) 524/2013. The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform, accessible at:

Consumers may submit claims through the online dispute resolution platform.
