Microelectrode Array (MEA)
SKU: N/A
Category: Thin-film Electrochemical Sensors
Metal-based Microelectrode Arrays (MEA) are fabricated using thin-film technologies on a glass substrate.
- MEA electrodes consist of an array of microholes arranged in a honeycomb structure.
- 1-mm diameter working electrode (WE) coated with an SU8 layer containing 5 or 10 µm pinholes.
- Microelectrode behavior enhances sensitivity and improves detection limits.
Microelectrode Arrays (MEAs) are available in gold or platinum, with various microhole diameters. The MEA electrodes are coated with SU-8 resin, featuring a honeycomb array of microholes. Choose the option that best fits your experimental needs.
