:: SU-8 / PYREX MICROCHIPS WITH ELECTRODES

Microchips manufacture on EPON SU-8 resin with integrated electrodes on the pyrex cover plate. Highly resistant hybrid SU-8/Pyrex material for reusable microfluidic chips. Long life (over 1000 runs/injections) with a low-cost, high efficiency and precision.

They are available in two different designs (single- and dual-channel) for carrying out one or two analysis simultaneously.

» Single-channel microchips with ED (38 x 13 x 0,75 mm)

:: Microchips features:

MCE SU-8 Injection channel length: 10 mm
Separation channel length: 35 mm
Geometry: rectangular
Access holes: 2 mm Ø
Width: 50 µm
Depth: 20 µm

The electrochemical detection (ED) system consists of three electrodes (working, reference and auxiliary) at the outlet of the separation channel. The electrodes are available in different designs and materials.

The working electrode consists of six 10-µm microelectrodes with an array approach. The electrodes are available in different materials.
